Το Armeno Resort βρίσκεται στην αμμώδη παραλία του Μαραθιά και προσφέρει δωρεάν ξαπλώστρες και ομπρέλες, καθώς και καταλύματα με εποχική εξωτερική πισίνα. Σε όλους τους χώρους παρέχεται δωρεάν Wi-Fi.
Όλες οι κομψά επιπλωμένες και κλιματιζόμενες μονάδες διαθέτουν μπαλκόνι ή αίθριο με θέα στο Ιόνιο Πέλαγος, την πισίνα ή τη γύρω περιοχή, μικρή κουζίνα με ελαφριά επίπλωση, δορυφορική τηλεόραση επίπεδης οθόνης και στεγνωτήρα μαλλιών.
Δίπλα στην πισίνα σερβίρεται μπουφές πρωινού με φρέσκα, βιολογικά τοπικά προϊόντα και κερκυραϊκές γεύσεις. Οι επισκέπτες μπορούν επίσης να απολαύσουν σνακ, ποτά και κοκτέιλ δίπλα στην πισίνα ή στην παραλία.
Το Armeno Resort αποτελείται από δύο κτήρια: ένα παραθαλάσσιο και το δεύτερο που ονομάζεται "παράρτημα", που βρίσκεται λίγα μέτρα πίσω. Οι επισκέπτες και από τα δύο κτήρια μοιράζονται τις εγκαταστάσεις του παραλιακού κτηρίου, που περιλαμβάνουν πισίνα, εστιατόριο, αίθουσα πρωινού και πρόσβαση στην παραλία.
Η πόλη της Κέρκυρας απέχει 30χλμ. από το Armeno Resort. Το πλησιέστερο αεροδρόμιο είναι το Διεθνές Αεροδρόμιο της Κέρκυρας, σε απόσταση 30χλμ. από το κατάλυμα.
